El Dorado Delegation Bulletin #9: Getting ready for a restful winter break

We're so close to the end of 2021. Let's do what we need to do to ensure we all get a solid winter break!  Remember to manage your time so that you can take care of all of your obligations - including school and Y&G. Don't forget to make sure that you have saved the dates for our remaining conferences on January 29 and Feb 26-27. Make sure to ask for those days off of work (meeting days and times, too!)

  • At the next meeting on December 9: We'll wrap up draft bills and fact sheets (right, Firms?) and preview the remainder of the program year.
  • Due this week: Draft Bills & Legislative Fact Sheets - required from Firms, optional from Legislators
  • OVERDUE: Legislator and Firm Platforms via the Google Classroom

Last Call for Raffle Basket Items: at our last meeting, it was proposed that we assembly two gift baskets to raffle off at the YMCA to help raise money for our Annual Campaign. If you'd like to help out, please bring a non-perishable item (food or gift item) that would fit one of our two basket themes: Family Movie Night or Chocolate/Desert/Holiday. (I think those were the themes, right?)
