Payments: By tomorrow's meeting, your account should be at $1275 (either through payments or a combination of payments and scholarship credit). You have received an individual email from me letting you know your current payment status. Very few of you responded to me to confirm you received and noted the email. This leaves me concerned. Please bring your payments tomorrow or you might not be able to attend Bob II. If a financial hardship has developed, you need to bring a parent with you tomorrow to the meeting and we'll discuss the matter.
Let's Talk About Sac Attire: With only 5(!!!!) weeks until Sac conference - let's talk about wardrobe choices. Attached is the dress code. Also attached is a flyer about "Sac Rack" an optional clothing exchange activity at Bob II that's a low-cost/free way to augment your attire for Sac Conference. We'll review the dress code briefly tomorrow. Please review these documents in advance and come prepared with questions.
Spring Conference: This is an optional conference, April 5-7 in Corcoran, CA. It's a mini Sac-conference. It's fun. It's the first time we're offering it to Sac Central delegates. Would you like to go? Step one: check your calendar. Step two: talk to your parents. Step three: it costs an additional $250 or so in program and transportation fees. We will fundraise between now and then. I would like to know who would like to attend so we know how many spots we might have available for new delegate recruits. Spring Conference will be the kick-off to our summer social and fundraising events.

A note on attendance: overall, we've had a great year for delegate attendance. Please keep it up! Our last few meetings will be full of information too important to miss.
