Thank you for volunteering to help with tomorrow's Camp Capital City fundraiser at the Sacramento YMCA (2021 W Street, Sacramento 95818)

Below is the list of those who have volunteered to help at Camp Capital City on Saturday, October 13. If you cannot work the shifts you signed up for, first try to find a substitute for your shift, next contact Christiana. If you would like to volunteer and aren't on the list. Please note the times have been slightly altered.

There will be some baked-goods breakfast treats at the start of the day, pizza will be ordered at lunchtime, and those working at the event itself will be able to eat after event guests are served. (And yes, you get s'mores, too). Please bring a refillable water bottle labeled with your name to stay hydrated during the day. 

Attire: For day time shifts, comfortable work clothes and close-toe shoes. For the event: please wear hole-free jeans or other dark pants and a YMCA/Delegation shirt if you have one. Close-toe shoes are required for all volunteers ALL DAY. 

Work Assignments: Daytime volunteers will report to the morning event coordinator and will be helping to set up tables and chairs, tablecloths, event decor, and auction items.
Event volunteers will report to Nora Shigemoto and must arrive at 4:45pm and will be helping with the attached activities (and you will likely rotate around tasks as needed as the event progresses).

p.s. Parents - tickets are still available to attend the event as a guest! It's the most fun you'll have at a fundraiser! Also, gourmet s'mores!
