1.) Meetings: We will be meeting this Wednesday, January 8. Regular time and place. Next week's January 15 meeting is MANDATORY as it is the final meeting before we leave for Bob II. This week, we'll discuss fun opportunities like CONA and NJC. We'll also have time for candidates to share what help they are looking for in their campaigns and what we as delegation can do to support those running. Candidates - come prepared!
2.) Conferences: The next conference, Training & Elections Conference II (or Bob II), is January 18-20. It's a Saturday-Monday conference and we'll again be departing in the 3:30a-4a range. Prepare yourselves by getting extra sleep now. The final conference is February 13-17.
Both conferences are mandatory. (Also, really fun.)
3.) Payment Deadline: The final payment deadline is this Wednesday. A $260 payment is due. If you are waiting for an update on the amount you owe, we hope to have that to you prior to the meeting. Thank you for your patience.
4.) Hotel Rooming Preferences:
For Sac Conference, we will have 3 Gal Rooms and 2 Guy Rooms.
a.) 4 person gal room
b.) 4 person gal room
c.) 3 person gal room
d.) 2 person guy room (will be shared with 2 El Do delegates)
e.) 3 person guy room
Some rooms have 2 queen beds, some rooms have 1 king bed. We have little control over what kind of room will be available or assigned to groups. At least two people in each room should bring sleeping bags, pillows, etc, with them for floor camping. Some delegates all share beds. Some delegates don't share beds. Some rotate bed and floor assignments. That's all up to you.

5.) Community Service:
we need to do some good. Who has project ideas? Bring ideas to our next
meeting. You should know a) the organization, b) the project, c) the
date/time/duration of the opportunity, and d) how many volunteers might
be needed.

Sac Rack: And if you're cleaning out your closets and have Sac attire that's no longer your style or doesn't fit, set it aside to bring to Bob II's Sac Rack, a clothing exchange to help ensure everyone in the program has access to dress-code compliant professional attire. Questions about the dress code and Sac attire - hmmm, where should you go? Note: Don't bring Sac Rack donations to your advisors. Bring them to Bob 2. Thanks!
