It's Fresno 2 conference week! Please make sure to attend this week's mandatory pre-conference meeting.
1.) Training & Elections Conference II: Back to Fresno: Our next conference is Saturday, January 13-Monday, January 15. Our mandatory pre-conference meeting will be this Thursday, January 11.

Our travel schedule will be roughly the same as it was on the way there (depart at 9:30am on Saturday, return about 3:30pm on Monday). Please arrive AT 9am on Saturday. The bus will not wait for late delegates.We'll be staying at the Wyndham Hotel again.
You should again plan on bringing a sack lunch for the trip there. You can pre-order lunch for the trip home here. Orders must be received by Jan 11. We will go over the basic information again at next week's meeting.
1a.) Wake Up Groupme And Remind: Make sure that you are receiving GroupMe notifications and Remind messages. We'll use both methods of communication at conference.
1b.) Room Assignments for Fresno 2: Room assignments will stay (mostly) the same as Fresno 1. We had a number of drops between the last conference and this one so the number of female rooms was reduced by 1. Check this spreadsheet to see if there were any changes to your room. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience with any rooming changes!
1c.) Schedule for Fresno 2: Attached is a copy of the schedule for Fresno 2. If you are applying for an appointed position, running for elected office, or are a committee chair, you'll want to look at this carefully. Please review it and bring any questions you have about the schedule to this week's meeting. Schedule for Fresno 2.
1d.) Dietary Stuff: For Fresno 2, if you have updated dietary restrictions between Fresno 1 and now, please let me know ASAP. I want to make sure everyone has the proper food to eat while we are in Fresno.
2). Delegation Sweatshirt and Drawstring Backpacks: Remember to pack your delegation sweatshirt and the drawstring backpack you received at the first conference for Fresno 2. We will not be redistributing these.
3.) Bill Sponsors and NIC delegates: Now is the time to work on speeches and proposals. Check your email archives for info on each. If you are a bill sponsor or secondary sponsor, please read the email I sent you a week ago. If you are an NIC delegate, please check your email in the next week for important information. Got questions? Ask! We'll discuss NIC proposal drafts at next week's meeting.
4). Delegation Support and Spirit: We have a couple delegates who are running for elected positions at Fresno 2; let's all make sure that we support them in whatever way we can. That can me as little as clapping when they speak, all the way up to caring their poster and campaigning for them. I would like to see the whole delegation rally behind our candidates and for all of our fellow delegates. Eldo is stronger together, so let's make sure to support each other! *Insert spirit fingers here*
