Sac Central: Bulletin EXTRA!

Here's some extra info to add to last week's bulletin. Please check it out!

A.) Secret Santa Assignments Are Out: Last week, you received an individual Remind with your assigned Secret Santa person to get a gift for. Confirm you received it by clicking here and filling out a quick form: https://airtable.com/shrJzL6CGLWWvGRae #READING TEST #CLICKTHELINK

The holiday party is this Wednesday at 6:30 at our usual meeting spot. Please bring potluck side or dessert to share. 

B.) El Dorado Delegation Christmas Party Details: Eldo has invited Sac to join in the Reindeer Games this week. The address for the Thursday El Dorado Hills Delegation Holiday Party is: 1428 Lakehills Drive, El Dorado Hills. Wear your ugliest Christmas Sweater or Christmassy-est Pajamas, Polar Express style. Parents will be present. Advisors will be in attendance. Transportation not provided.

C.) Swim With Santa Details (Dec 14): For this Friday's event, you'll check in with Ali at the YMCA when you arrive. Here are the details: 

Arrival time is 4:00 pm since the event starts at 5:00 pm. 

From 4:00pm-5: 00 pm you'll help set up. 

The event ends at 7:30 with clean up right after so plan to stay till 8:30.  

Assignments: 

Miraya, Samuel, and Ting Will be Santa Attendants ( from photos to the pool; bring 1 piece swimsuit and towel)

James- Reindeer games

Kayla- Pizza and hot cocoa

Keymora- Arts and Crafts

Leo- Movie room

Dress: jeans and your delegation sweatshirt or something festive (christmas sweater, santa hat, etc)

D.) National Judicial Competition Apps Due in Reggo by Dec 20: The National Judicial Competition (NJC) is a nationwide YMCA Appellate Court and Mock Trial competition program, taking place in Chicago, IL each summer and is hosted by the YMCA of the USA in partnership with the American Bar Association. Interested delegates should complete the application available in Reggo now and tell Christiana no later than Dec 20 for approval. The conference takes place between approximately July 25 and August 2, 2019. 

This program brings together Youth and Government participants from around the country to face off in mock trial and appellate court competitions.

E.) LAST DAY FOR LEADERSHIP APPLICATIONS: If you've meant to submit one and forgot, now is your last day of amnesty. Get your applied program, elected or appointed leadership applications done in Reggo TODAY and let me know so I can approve them.
